1) Who we are

Safeguard is a brand of Mint Events, Inc. (“Safeguard”, “we”, “our”) and operates the website at safeguardevent.com (the “Site”).

2) What we collect

  • Basic site usage data: pages viewed, clicks, referring/exit pages, timestamps, approximate location (city/region), device, browser, OS.

  • Form data you submit: name, email, company, role, and any message details.

  • Cookies & similar tech: see “Cookies & Tracking” below.

3) How we use your information

  • Provide and improve the Site and our services.

  • Measure performance and understand content engagement.

  • Communicate with you (e.g., event updates, sponsorship inquiries).

  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud or abuse.

5) Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

We use GA4 to collect anonymized or pseudonymized usage metrics (page views, session stats, events). 6) Marketing Attribution Tooling

We use attribution tooling to measure traffic from our outreach and improve the relevance of our communications. When you decline marketing cookies, these tools are not loaded. When permitted, these tools may collect page visits, referral info, and technical identifiers to associate visits with email campaign engagement for your organization (where applicable). We do not sell personal information.

7) Legal bases (EEA/UK visitors)

  • Legitimate interests: site security, fraud prevention, and strictly necessary operations.
